Do you know how to use hair care products correctly?

Many women and girls buy expensive products to care for their hair and believe that they can't do more but the hair still doesn't grow, breaks, is dry, etc. The way these products are used may be to blame. Think about when and how you apply, for example, conditioner, mask, oil, heat protection, etc. A basic mistake that often happens is when you apply products to freshly washed hair. Are you asking why? Because the hair is "full" of water and the care product only slides over it, but does not reach deep into the hair structure.

So how to do it right?

Wash your hair with lukewarm water, gently massage the area of the scalp and hair at the roots with shampoo. There is no need to apply shampoo to the lengths, what slides down the lengths during rinsing is sufficient for washing. Apply the shampoo in gentle circular motions. Then wash it off again with lukewarm water.
Most people forget this step - get rid of excess water from the hair, i.e. use a towel (or even better, a cotton t-shirt) to wring out the hair. The hair is no longer so soaked up with water and is ready for the application of the next product.
Now apply conditioner or mask (whatever you are used to), leave it on and rinse.
Again, remove the excess water from the hair as described in the previous step
Now apply heat protection and other styling products to wet hair, leave it on for a while before blow-drying and styling with curling irons or flat irons.

What else is important?

Don't brush your hair when it's wet - when it's wet, it becomes more elastic, stretches and thus "tears" its structure.
It is better to iron and curl smaller strands and heat-treat each strand only once (do not run the iron over and over again, as this puts much more stress on the hair)
Have the ends of your hair trimmed regularly (don't stick to the length, a spiky tip of your hair won't look good anyway, the healthy look of thicker, shorter hair is better, believe me)

So how are you doing? Did you find a mistake in this article that you are making in your hair care?
